Kimberley arranged everything perfectly (especially because I made it more difficult as I was away & needed to arrange things with my neighbours.)
Communication from her is outstanding. She called and let me know she could fit me in the very next morning – as the guys were in the area, but with absolutely no pressure to do so. She went above and beyond by messaging me early the next morning, to confirm if I wanted the slot (which I did.)
And Iโm really happy Brendan did the work. He has the very best equipment/ safety gear and uses specific ramps + sheilds to protect flying debris. Brendan & Ewan managed to get a very large grinder through our house and completed the work with absolutely no issues (Iโd been turned down by many other tree surgeons who didnโt want to take it on.) He protected our new patio etc and ground the stumps out well below ground level.
